Free standard delivery is available on every eligible UK order accepted at checkout. Eden currently uses DHL for online deliveries.

Orders are normally processed and delivered within an estimated total of 3–6 business days. This includes order preparation, packing, dispatch and delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Tracking information will be provided by email after dispatch when available.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel and return it. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Please email support@edenhomegifts.com before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Eden covers reasonable standard return postage for accepted change-of-mind returns and for products that are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. No restocking fee is charged.

Once a return has been received and checked, approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
