Track Your Order

Eden currently uses DHL to deliver online orders. Once your order has been dispatched and tracking is available, we will send a dispatch email containing your DHL tracking number.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be included in the dispatch email sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Please check:

• Your main email inbox
• Your spam or junk folder
• The email address used during checkout

Your Eden order number and your DHL tracking number are different. Enter the DHL tracking number in the tracking box above.

Tracking is not showing an update

Tracking information may not appear immediately after your dispatch email is sent. Please allow time for DHL to receive and scan the parcel into its delivery network.

If your tracking number still does not work after a reasonable period, contact Eden and include your order number and tracking number.

Estimated delivery time

This estimate includes order processing, preparation, packing, dispatch and delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking shows delivered, but I cannot find my parcel

Please check:

• Any safe place shown in the tracking information
• With members of your household
• With nearby neighbours
• Any delivery photograph or instructions displayed by DHL

If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number and DHL tracking number so that we can help investigate.

I have not received a tracking number

Tracking is sent after an order has been dispatched and where tracking is available for the delivery service used.

If the estimated delivery period has passed and you have not received tracking information, email us with your Eden order number.
